Order tracking
Tracking details are emailed to the address used at checkout once your order has shipped. Contact permaplantsas@gmail.com with your order number if you need help with a delivery.
30-day return window
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your Permaplant is not right for your space. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by your order number or other proof of purchase.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly through the Contact page with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue.
Return shipping
Permaplants AS covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Email permaplantsas@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.
